London-based online Bitcoin Wallet and has raised $40 Million funding in series B.

The company raised the largest amount funding in 2017. The funding was led by popular investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mosaic Venture Partners, Nokota Management, Virgin, Prudence Holdings, and billionaire Richard Branson.

The Investment would make the blockchain as a leading company and help in the expansion of them in Europe’s financial technology industry. The company will also look for the internal research and development with the growth of its employee and raise the count of people from 50 to more.

“The 14 trillion-dollar financial services industry hasn’t meaningfully changed in over a century. The blockchain is on a mission to create a financial system that is faster, more inclusive, and radically different than the status quo.”

The former UK Prime Minister David Cameron to start their London office despite the company headquarters that is in Luxembourg. Previously in 2014, the company raised the $30.5 million investment. As the company is popular among the digital currency enthusiasts.

The news has rumored around the market that the Bitcoin Wallet, Blockchain investment rises when the San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase was looking for funding with the valuation of $1 Billion. It was the same year when the digital currency gained the huge profit and rise in bitcoin price.
